In specific terms, the BiscayTIK website has been adapted to the Web 1.0 Accessible Content Guidelines, level Double-A, and the XHTML 1.0 recommendation, with a particular emphasis on the separation of structure, presentation, content and functionality.
The visual design has been produced in accordance with the W3C recommendation on Cascading Style Sheets, Level 2 (CSS2).
If the browser or browsing device does not support style sheets, the web content remains fully legible thanks to its structural framing.
